Comfstrip is a cushion designed to help your boots fit better. They're made to prevent friction, rubbing and bruising. Its use is intended for boots or footwear that is. 3 to 8 inches in height. Too large in size. Fits loose around the ankle. Has little padding and lacks a soft inner lining around the ankle. If your boots fit ok, but you still have ankle issues. Putting Strips in them may cause a tight fit. Comfstrip may not be your solution.
Know Your Fit

Applying Strips
Be sure of where you want to place them. Removing strips after placement will lessen the strength of adhesion. Remove backing. Place 2 inch or 1 inch collar strip inside collar of boot and 2 inch or 1 inch tongue strip behind tongue. Hold down collar strip while inserting your foot. When removing or inserting your foot always hold down collar strip. Strips can also be placed wherever you feel fit for your discomfort.
